During your consultation at Free Spirit Aesthetics, we will do an evaluation to decide which areas of your face would benefit from treatment. The Botox or Xeomin will be injected into the targeted areas using a small syringe. This process only takes a few minutes, and most patients experience only minor discomfort (like a pinching or pinprick feeling). At the end of your appointment , you can go back to your normal routine. You may have some temporary mild redness, bruising, and swelling at the injection sites. We may recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and/or touching the treatment sites for a day or so. You should begin to notice firmer, smoother skin in a few days. BOTOX and Xeomin treatments can give you up to four months of natural-looking improvements. We’ll recommend how often you should undergo injections as part of a customized plan to help you reach your cosmetic goals.

Dermal Fillers typically only take around 30 minutes, depending on how many areas are being treated. Your face will be cleaned and the injection sites will be marked. Our fillers contain a local anesthetic to reduce discomfort during the procedure. We also offer a topical numbing topical and a dental block for lip filler if you would like. This facial includes extraction of whiteheads and blackheads, exfoliation, facial mask, and LED treatment.

HydroFacials can be performed in our office in about 30 minutes. The process starts with an exam to get a full picture of your skin needs, followed by the procedure itself in our treatment room. HydraFacials include six main steps: cleansing, exfoliation, pore extraction, hydration, adding nourishment, and protection. There is little to no downtime or recovery associated with a gentleman’s facial treatment. Some patients experience redness and tightness for a few hours following the procedure.

Most chemical peels take about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the depth of the peel. The appointment starts with skin prep. Before applying the chemical solution, the aesthetician will first cleanse your skin and cover your eyes and hair. They will then apply the solution to your skin using a sponge. This solution contains an exfoliating acid, like glycolic or salicylic acid. You might feel a slight stinging sensation while the solution is on your skin. After leaving the solution on your skin for a specific amount of time, the dermatologist will neutralize and remove it. They will then apply a cool compress to your face to soothe the skin. If you had a deep peel, you might be prescribed pain medication to take at home.

Morpheus8 will take about 1.5-2 hours per treatment. We will use provider-recommend numbing protocol during the treatment to ensure there is minimal discomfort. We have many options including topical lidocaine and Pronox. The first 45 minutes will be spent numbing. The actual treatment will take about 45 minutes. 

Lumecca treatment time depends on the size of the area being treated but averages about 10-20 minutes. During treatment you will feel a sensation on your skin that feels like a light snap from an elastic band. 

DiolazeXL is very tolerable. Most say it feels like a rubber band snapping against your skin. The innovation of the copper cooling tip makes it a lot more comfortable than other laser treatments. Treatment times are short (15 –30 minutes). Each session will vary depending on the size of the treatment area. We can do one leg in about 15 minutes.

During treatment you will meet with one of our Nurse Practitioners. We will go over your health goals and discuss a plan for you. If you decide semaglutide is right for you, we will measure your fat %, muscle %, weight, body measurements and more.  You will then receive your semaglutide injection and be trained on how to inject yourself weekly. You will have 1 appointment per month.
