You will receive an email from our team within 24 hours of your appointment with a link to join your virtual appointment. We will also provide our direct contact information, so that if you need anything beforehand you will be able to get in touch with our team.
We will send a follow-up email if you decide to go ahead with our recommendations. In our follow-up email, you will receive dosing instructions, our exercise guide, our nutrition guide, a guide to fill out any additional paperwork needed, and answers to frequently asked questions. If anything is confusing to you, you can always schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment or email us.

All patients who choose to be seen in-person weekly for their injections are encouraged to be members of our Weight Loss Membership! You might ask why? Because we want you to be SUCCESSFUL! Our membership monthly price is $50 and is a 3-month commitment (which is how long your first prescription will last you)! Included in our membership is accountability by seeing our provider weekly and 4, b-12 or lipo injections a month. Margaret will walk you through joining our membership during your in-person consultation.

- Eligibility & State Regulations
- Telehealth services are available to patients who meet medical eligibility criteria.
- Due to varying state laws, certain treatments and prescriptions may only be available to patients in specific states.

- Cancellation & No-Show Policy
